* All clients will be required to use hand sanitiser upon arrival to their appointment.
*Only the client and the Remedial Massage Therapist will be allowed in the treatment room at any given time.
*There will be 30 minute gaps between appointments to allow extensive cleaning and changing of linen, as well to avoid any clients coming into contact with one another.
We collect clients personal information in order to plan an appropriate treatment for the clients presenting condition. All information is kept confidential between the massage therapist and the client.
When consent is provided by the client the Massage Therapist is able to work in consultation with your other relevant health professionals, such as, but not limited to, chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, naturopaths, general practitioners and other specialists in order to create a treatment plan that will further assist you and your presenting condition.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your consultation time on your initial visit.
Late Arrivals: Please note that all consultations will conclude at their scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your appointment; otherwise 50% of consultation fee will apply.
Hygiene Policy and Procedures: The Remedial Massage Therapist is to uphold a high level of personal hygiene, insuring clean uniform is worn at all times, and nails to be clean and cut short. The Remedial Massage Therapist will wash their hands thoroughly with soap before a treatment, and at the completion of a treatment. The treatment room is cleaned before and after each client - all surfaces are disinfected, all linen is changed and washed, the massage table is disinfected prior to adding fresh linen. All oil bottles and massage cream containers are disinfected after each use. Floors are mopped at the end of each day.
Payment Policy: All payments are required at the conclusion of treatment. Payment can take the form of credit card, eftpos and cash. Receipts will be issued electronically sent either to your phone via text message or email.
Gift Voucher Policy: Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from their purchase date. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation or treatment reschedule, otherwise the gift voucher will be forfeited.
